South West Rocks pristine beaches and Central Business District are within a three minute drive of the property. The local boat ramp is approximately five minutes from the property and The Rocks Shopping Fair housing shops such as Coles, Liquorland and The Reject Shop is within a five minute drive.

South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.

The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay.

If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment, small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing.

If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast.
The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation Park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you.

Our sub-tropical climate has mild winters and moderate summers, offering crystal clear waters in which to swim, making South West Rocks a beautiful holiday destination all year round.

Most of our accommodation is centrally located to the town centre, beaches, restaurants and facilities.

Great location close to Pub, Cafes, Shops and Beach. Good sized apartment well supplied with kitchen equipment. Good bathrooms and a great view overlooking Horseshoe Bay. Floor unfortunately seemed ingrained with dirt and could do with updating and parking is tight for larger vehicles but at least has height of 2.4M catering for loaded family 4WD.

Thos apartment was conveniently located, Close to the beach and shops. Great view from the 1st floor balcony and north facing so lovely and bright and warm. The furnishings were good but the kitchen and bathrooms could be updated. Very spacious. Some cleaning items were not supplied.

Perfect location in the heart of South West Rocks with shops & beach on your doorstep. Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with large balcony. As we had a toddler we wanted a kitchen & laundry too. Only negative aspects was the cleanliness of the floor - within minutes our feet & socks were black & the mop we found was just as black. Whilst the unit itself was clean, the floors not so. Also the stove is an old electric version & took forever to boil/heat up so that was really frustrating. Despite that a lovely stay & will definitely be back to south west rocks again!

Fantastic location and well appointed unit right in front of horseshoe beach, pubs and cafes. Excellent fixtures and fittings. Lots of hot water and showers you don’t have to run around to get wet. Definitely recommend

It’s in a super location Right across the road from the family friendly Horseshoe Bay-family safe fun park and close to dog friendly cafes, family pub The Seabreeze, Surf club- the list is endless! That’s why we have rebooked again after 12 years
