South West Rocks pristine beaches and Central Business District are within a three minute walk of the property. The local boat ramp is approximately five minutes from the property and The Rocks Shopping Fair housing shops such as Coles, Liquorland and The Reject Shop is within a ten minute drive.
South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.
The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay.
If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment, small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing.
If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast.
The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation Park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you.
Our sub-tropical climate has mild winters and moderate summers, offering crystal clear waters in which to swim, making South West Rocks a beautiful holiday destination all year round.
Most of our accommodation is centrally located to the town centre, beaches, restaurants and facilities.

Great location, misleading advertising on renovations.
Deb R - 18th March 2024Disgusting cleanliness in property and the letting agents had the audacity to blame us for not notifying them early enough to fix! Cobwebs, mold in sinks, toxic rubbish in bathroom bin, crusted milk in coffee machine frother, pet hair on rugs, mold in ensuite basin, rust in shower, we wore thongs to shower! I could go on but.............
Hi Deb, Thank you for your review our apologies for the supposed state of the apartment on your arrival. We would have loved the opportunity to fix the issues you had during your stay, Unfortunately we were only notified on the day of your departure so were unable to assist with rectifying the cleanliness of the property. We do ask our guests to notify us as soon as possible of any cleanliness issues as our cleaners are very obliging in going back to a property if needed, However this makes it very difficult when we are only notified on the departure day.
