South West Rocks pristine beaches and Central Business District are within a three minute drive of the property. The local boat ramp is approximately five minutes from the property and The Rocks Shopping Fair housing shops such as Coles, Liquorland and The Reject Shop is within a five minute drive.
South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.
The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay.
If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment, small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing.
If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast.
The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation Park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you.
Our sub-tropical climate has mild winters and moderate summers, offering crystal clear waters in which to swim, making South West Rocks a beautiful holiday destination all year round.
Most of our accommodation is centrally located to the town centre, beaches, restaurants and facilities.

Very nice stay
Debbie - 17th April 2021Great place to stay!! Small place but big enough for a weeks stay. Park the car and walk to shops, beaches, pub and club. Very convenient. Not a problem for us but needed to take own bed sheets, towels etc. no WiFi at this property. Not a complaint but would be nice if a few basics were supplied (salt and pepper, cooking oil, paper towel, pretty much have to take everything along those lines) but really did enjoy our stay and would stay here again.

HJMC - 19th May 2019Excellent location and comfortable. This accommodation would of been perfect if it had - black out blinds. - screen door on the side door to the deck. - the trees cut back in the garden.

Rhonda - 18th March 2019Lovely house well layed out and generally clean-with every thing you need fantastic location. The only faults i could find was the upstairs ceiling fan was dusty and noisy until we cleaned it. BUT the main problem was the disgusting Condition the BBQ was left in it smelt and was unusable or require and big clean. This was reported to LJ Hooker on our second day and we were told they would send someone around to clean it .This did not happen! And we wanted to use it and the out side area but the bbq smelled .
