LJ Hooker South West Rocks welcomes you to Sandy. Its situated on the first level of the Point Briner complex. This recently updated and refurbished property offers a fresh, modern feel throughout, featuring three well appointed bedrooms, a sofa bed, two bathrooms, and a single lock-up garage. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, it provides a welcoming space ideal for both short stays and longer getaways. The bedding configuration consists of two queens bed, and two single beds.

Point Briner Unit 1 is situated right in the heart of South West Rocks CBD and metres away from local beaches. This property has a veranda overlooking Main Beach with outdoor furnishings.

This property contains the following appliances/facilities that are aimed to make your stay as enjoyable as possible:

South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.

The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay.

If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment, small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing.

If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches, you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast.
The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation Park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you.

Our sub-tropical climate has mild winters and moderate summers, offering crystal clear waters in which to swim, making South West Rocks a beautiful holiday destination all year round.

I’ve stayed in this unit at least half a dozen times for a week or two on each occasion . Prime location , water views and Spitting distance to restaurants cafes pub etc . Car park not great ( difficult , sometimes impossible to use ) but there’s a reason I keep booking it - location , location !!

We will stay here again - maybe the unit next door though? It's the perfect spot. Great Value. Had everything we needed (except parking although it came with a garage)
