South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.
The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay.

If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment, small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing.

If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast.
The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation Park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you.

Our sub-tropical climate has mild winters and moderate summers, offering crystal clear waters in which to swim, making South West Rocks a beautiful holiday destination all year round.

Fabulous location, fabulous views

Great unit with fantastic views in all directions. Set up my desk and worked with ocean views for 3 weeks. The unit is very clean, has everything you need (including ceiling fans), comfortable beds, clear tv reception and great bar be. I just missed having a dishwasher. You can walk everywhere from this unit. i would book again.

We would like to thank the owners for keeping their unit updated, well equipped and neatly presented. This year we were thrilled to find the old stove top and oven had been replaced..and there is a much bigger screen TV now. So happy with this unit that we rebooked it yet again for next year. We love the location and the views. Upright fans are provided however ceiling fans would be a definite plus in the bedrooms.

Beautiful back beach views

Really enjoyed staying in this unit besides the disappointment of not having a bbq for guest use! As an Aussie summer holiday you definitely need a bbq for family dinners. If ceiling fans were installed in bedrooms it would be more comfortable for nighttime sleeping. On the whole great apartment though.

We really like this unit. 18 years staying at Northpoint says it all. It's always clean, comfortable enough and in a great spot. We really enjoy the waterviews from the balcony to back beach, the creek and Horseshoe Bay. It is so easy walking from here to shops, beaches and restaurants.
