Well equipped kitchen, lounge & dining area with a large flat screen TV & DVD. Very private covered patio area with outdoor setting and a gas BBQ.

For your convenience there is an internal laundry in the bathroom with a washing machine and dryer.

Northpoint Unit 1 is the only unit in the complex with a secure garage to store all your beach equipment or a small vehicle.

Great private outlook with filtered water views through caravan park to the north.

The Crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfer visit Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay.

If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf-skis, pushbikes, diving equipment, or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing.

If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast.

The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you.
