South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.
The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay.

If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment, small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing.

If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast.
The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation Park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you.

Our sub-tropical climate has mild winters and moderate summers, offering crystal clear waters in which to swim, making South West Rocks a beautiful holiday destination all year round.

Most of our accommodation is centrally located to the town centre, beaches, restaurants and facilities.

My family stayed at kokos for 14 days it was clean and tidy with modern furniture Close to everything Beach shops country club Price was great I had to contact the Real Estate twice with minor issues that were fixed within hours L. J. Hooker were great to deal with will definitely be back

Great Location - Ok townhouse

We found Kokos in a great location, easy walk to the beach and Main Street. The townhouse itself had what you need for a family and the features such as the aircon in all rooms and BBQ was very handy. Only down side is the townhouse was not very clean on arrival, dusty, air conditioning haven’t been cleaned in a long time, coffee spills on some furniture, windows were very dusty, bathroom fans caked in dust, bath still had grime in it and both queen beds were very wobbly. Overall great townhouse if the cleanliness was improved.
