Birchgrove Unit 3 has two bathrooms, the main upstairs offering a shower, bath and toilet and the second downstairs offering a shower and toilet. This unit is comfortably furnished, with remote controlled undercover security parking.

South West Rocks pristine beaches and Central Business District are within a three minute walk of the property. The local boat ramp is approximately five minutes from the property and The Rocks Shopping Fair housing shops such as Coles, Liquorland and The Reject Shop is within a five minute drive.
South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.
The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay.
If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment, small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing.
If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast.
The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation Park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you.
Our sub-tropical climate has mild winters and moderate summers, offering crystal clear waters in which to swim, making South West Rocks a beautiful holiday destination all year round.

Good location BUT numerous maintenance issues and cleanliness below par. I reported issues promptly to a senior staff member to no avail and an email describing issues complete with photo evidence was neither acknowledged nor acted upon. At checkout l expressed my disappointment, apologies were offered but no compensation. Undercover parking was small and difficult to manoeuvre within and driveway narrow and steep, I scraped the underbody of my car on it, lastly the apartment was difficult to find as no numbers are displayed on the individual apartments

Birchgrove was a great place to stay and very close to town. However the cleanliness of the appartment needs improving and the mattresses were quite uncomfortable other than that I thoroughly recommend this place for a family Holiday or weekend away

Unit well kept everything there we needed only negative was the trundle beds when in use left no space in bedroom became very hard to move and shut door Unit was clean and no need to drive anywhere

The townhouse was great to stay in, only 400m walk to the beach, comfy beds, plenty of room, ceiling fan downstairs was sufficient most of the time and aircon upstairs works great. Excellent value for money!

It was ok but fridge was dirty. There were empty water bottles and rubbish under the bed. Single bed was very uncomfortable. Upstairs aircon didnt worj and weirdly no aircon downstairs. There was a ceiling fan but ceiling was low so too dangerous to have fan going with tall people walking around. It was very noisy as well as narriw lane seemed to send all noise into unit. It was well located. A number of family members stayed nearby and they had much better value properties
