This property is a three bedroom plus a second lounge room containing a double sofa bed. The bedding configuration of this property consists of two queen beds and two single beds. Beaches 4 is fully air conditioned for your comfort.
This property is located within a three minute walk to local beaches and the CBD. Beaches Unit 4 offers a double garage with additional car spaces facilitating the complex. This property contains an in-ground swimming pool open throughout the summer months.

South West Rocks pristine beaches and Central Business District are within a three minute walk of the property. The local boat ramp is approximately five minutes from the property and The Rocks Shopping Fair housing shops such as Coles, Liquorland and The Reject Shop is within a ten minute drive.
South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.
The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay.
If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment, small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing.
If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast.
The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation Park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you.
Our sub-tropical climate has mild winters and moderate summers, offering crystal clear waters in which to swim, making South West Rocks a beautiful holiday destination all year round.

Stunning location and magnificent furnishings
Tony - 25th October 2020One of the best views of the ocean within South West Rocks. Furnishings, appliances and comfort is of the highest order. The owners, the Real Estate and the cleaners obviously take a great deal of pride in the property. While we had a few minor issues with the dryer etc, the property managers promptly arranged repairs with local contractors (who were all very respectful, polite and knowledgeable). Overall a great relaxing experience.

Best Location in the Rocks
JannT - 14th May 2019This property definitely has the best location in South West Rocks. The views are spectacular from the living room, balcony and main bedroom. The fixtures and fittings are quality items. My only complaint would be the very poor hot water pressure in all bathrooms. For a premium price it would be nice to enjoy a hot shower, however this small gripe won't deter me from re-booking in the future.

Cracking apartment!!!
Jules - 12th January 2019Have stayed at this apartment 5 times in 5 years - a great unit - comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen with platters, bowls glasses, better than what I have at home!!! A fantastic balcony overlooking the beach with good bbq. This is easily the best holiday accommodation we’ve ever stayed in.
